At Odeko, I contributed to developing an enterprise-grade software platform tailored for small businesses, particularly local cafés and eateries, to streamline their supply ordering processes. My role as a Senior Product Designer involved creating a user-friendly interface that allowed business owners to easily place and manage orders through a customizable dashboard. I focused on integrating smart stocking insights to understand each café’s unique needs, ensuring that the platform provided personalized recommendations to optimize inventory management.

One of the key challenges was designing an all-in-one app that not only facilitated supply orders but also managed mobile orders and rewards programs for the end customers. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, I aimed to create a seamless experience that empowered small business owners to focus more on their craft and less on operational complexities. The design emphasized efficiency and ease of use, enabling users to navigate the platform effortlessly and perform tasks with minimal friction.

The outcome was a comprehensive solution that supported small businesses in managing their operations more effectively, saving time and resources. Seeing how Odeko’s platform became an integral part of daily routines for many local cafés was immensely rewarding.
